Uncorrected Work Performance Sample Clauses

Uncorrected Work Performance. If the employee’s work performance remains uncorrected within the specified time following the verbal warning the principal/supervisor will: Meet with the employee within ten (10) days of the expiration of the time limits identified at the verbal warning and discuss a growth plan that the employee must follow to correct the work performance. The growth plan will identify the problem(s) with the employee’s work performance, the improvements/corrections necessary, the time limits for attaining the corrections needed, and the consequences of the failure to correct the work performance problem(s). The principal/supervisor will allow the employee no less than twenty-four (24) hours advance notice of the meeting. At the meeting, the growth plan will be presented and explained to the employee.
