Understudy Compensation. An employee that has been designated as a Primary Understudy and performs as a sergeant on a particular duty shift shall receive one (1) hour added to their “C” time balance. Additionally, each employee who is designated as a Primary Understudy shall receive eight (8) hours of “C” time added to the employee’s “C” time balance, paid each December for the preceding year.

Understudy Compensation. If any performing Actor understudies a Principal part or a role, the Actor shall receive no less than $15 per week for each such assignment in addition to contractual salary. (See also Rule 69, UNDERSTUDIES.) Contracted Understudies who are not performing members of the company shall be paid no less than the applicable minimum salary for Actors.

  • Injury Compensation Employees covered by this Agreement shall be covered by Subchapter I of Chapter 81 of Title 5, and any amendments thereto, relating to compensation for work injuries. The Employer will promulgate appropriate regulations which comply with applicable regulations of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs and any amendments thereto.

  • Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.

  • Final Compensation Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS prior to January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during twelve (12) consecutive months of employment. Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS on or after January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during thirty-six (36) consecutive months of employment.

  • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.
