NCP staff who are notified of layoff and are subsequently recalled on or before the beginning of the school semester immediately following notice of layoff, shall return 50% of any unemployment compensation received, and such reimbursement shall be deducted from the teaching staff members’ or the NCP’s salary throughout the school year in nearly equal amounts.
