A grievance means a dispute or disagreement as to the interpretation or application of terms and conditions of employment contained in this Agreement.
Group Grievance is defined as a single grievance, signed by a Xxxxxxx or a Union Representative on behalf of a group of employee who have the same complaint. Such grievances must be dealt with at successive stages of the Grievance Procedure commencing with Step 1. The grievors shall be listed on the grievance form.
Grievance means a complaint in writing that an employee, group of employees, or the Union submits to management, to be processed through the grievance procedure.
Statement of Grievance shall name the employee involved, shall state the facts giving rise to the grievance, shall identify by appropriate reference all the provisions of this Master Contract alleged to be violated, shall state the contention of the employee and of the Association with respect to these provisions, and shall indicate the specific relief requested.
Policy Grievance shall be signed by a xxxxxxx or a Union representative or, in the case of an Employer's policy grievance, by the Employer or its representative.
Grievance Procedure is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as including the arbitration procedure.

Representative of a prospective contractor means an officer or director of a corporation, a member or manager of a limited liability corporation, a partner of a partnership or a trustee of a trust of the prospective contractor.
Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It does not form part of the contract between you and the School. A copy of the most up-to-date procedure is on the School's website and is otherwise available from the School at any time upon request;
Exclusive bargaining representative means any employee
Grievant means an employee or group of employees having the same grievance. In the case of a group of employees, one employee shall be designated by the group to act as spokesperson and to be responsible for processing the grievance.
Bargaining representative means a labor organization recognized by an employer or certified by the commission as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of certain employees of the employer.
Personal Grievance means a claim that an employee: • has been unjustifiably dismissed; or • has had their employment, or their conditions of employment, affected to their disadvantage by some unjustifiable action by the employer; or • has been discriminated against; or • has been sexually harassed in their employment; or • has been racially harassed in their employment; or • has been subjected to duress in relation to membership or non-membership of a union.
Seller Related Party means Seller and its officers, directors, employees, controlling persons, agents and representatives and their respective successors and assigns.
Non-Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

Labor dispute as used here, means a strike, lockout, or other labor dispute between the Employer and its Employees, during which time the Employee is not paid by the Employer.

Disciplinary proceeding means any proceeding under the authority of each board pursuant to which licensee discipline may be imposed.
