Ungava Polar Eco. Tours is not responsible for any fees or losses incurred due to any failure on the part of an accompanying adult to secure any necessary consents, permits, or approvals.

Ungava Polar Eco. Tours will provide the Participant with a reservation invoice indicating the dates of their Tour, as well as any specific inclusions/exclusions related to their Tour and associated travel.
Ungava Polar Eco. Tours assumes no liability for the provision of medical care and will not pay for any expenses incurred for medical reasons. Participants must be in good general health to participate in our Tours. Anyone with medical problems or restrictions must make them known to us well in advance of the trip.
Ungava Polar Eco. Tours has the right to remove any participant from the Tour at any time if, in its judgment, it is medically necessary to do so. No refunds will be made under such circumstances.
Ungava Polar Eco. Tours strongly encourages all Participants to book refundable airline tickets and to acquire trip cancellation insurance. Events beyond the control of Ungava Polar Eco-Tours or due to superior force may prevent a Participant from arriving as scheduled. Due to the complex nature of our Tours, we cannot guarantee that a Tour will be delayed or extended to accommodate late arrivals or travel complications. No refunds or credit will be provided.
Ungava Polar Eco. Tours is entitled to enter the Participant’s shelter to carry out any necessary inspection, maintenance, or repair work or for any related purpose.
Ungava Polar Eco. Tours will provide the Participant with further details concerning the dimensions and weight limits allowed.

Ungava Polar Eco. Tours reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, revise, supplement, replace or otherwise amend all or any of the terms and conditions set out in this Contract. Ungava Polar Eco-Tours will promptly notify the Participant of any such amendments.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience with large and complex database management systems.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Introduction The Texas Health and Human Services Commission ("HHSC") and the Contractor named in Section I (HHSC and Contractor may be referenced in this document collectively as the “Parties” and individually as the “Party") hereby enter into this Community Services Contract - Provider Agreement (the “Contract”) for the provision of services under the Contract type specified in Section I for the considerations set forth herein. The Contract Begin Date specified in Section I is not valid until this Contract is signed by both parties.

  • Safety Where an employee is prevented from working at the employee’s particular function as a result of unsafe conditions caused by the inclement weather, the employee may be transferred to other work in the employee’s classification on site, until the unsafe conditions are rectified. Where such alternative is not available and until the unsafe conditions are rectified, the employee shall remain on site. The employee shall be paid for such time without reduction of the employees’ inclement weather entitlement.

  • SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • Integration The Company shall not sell, offer for sale or solicit offers to buy or otherwise negotiate in respect of any security (as defined in Section 2 of the Securities Act) that would be integrated with the offer or sale of the Securities in a manner that would require the registration under the Securities Act of the sale of the Securities or that would be integrated with the offer or sale of the Securities for purposes of the rules and regulations of any Trading Market such that it would require shareholder approval prior to the closing of such other transaction unless shareholder approval is obtained before the closing of such subsequent transaction.

  • Marketing Vendor agrees to allow TIPS to use their name and logo within the TIPS website, database, marketing materials, and advertisements unless Vendor negotiates this term to include a specific acceptable-use directive. Any use of TIPS’ name and logo or any form of publicity, inclusive of press release, regarding this Agreement by Vendor must have prior approval from TIPS which will not be unreasonably withheld. Request may be made by email to xxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx. For marketing efforts directed to TIPS Members, Vendor must request and execute a separate Joint Marketing Disclaimer, at xxxxxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx, before TIPS can release contact information for TIPS Member entities for the purpose of marketing your TIPS contract(s). Vendor must adhere to strict Marketing Requirements once a disclaimer is executed. The Joint Marketing Disclaimer is a supplemental agreement specific to joint marketing efforts and has no effect on the terms of the TIPS Vendor Agreement. Vendor agrees that any images, photos, writing, audio, clip art, music, or any other intellectual property (“Property”) or Vendor Data utilized, provided, or approved by Vendor during the course of the joint marketing efforts are either the exclusive property of Vendor, or Vendor has all necessary rights, license, and permissions to utilize said Property in the joint marketing efforts. Vendor agrees that they shall indemnify and hold harmless TIPS and its employees, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, assignees, designees, and TIPS Members from any and all claims, damages, and judgments involving infringement of patent, copyright, trade secrets, trade or services marks, and any other intellectual or intangible property rights and/or claims arising from the Vendor’s (including Vendor’s officers’, employees’, agents’, Authorized Resellers’, subcontractors’, licensees’, or invitees’) unauthorized use or distribution of Vendor Data and Property.

  • Data Protection All personal data contained in the agreement shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the EU institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data. Such data shall be processed solely in connection with the implementation and follow-up of the agreement by the sending institution, the National Agency and the European Commission, without prejudice to the possibility of passing the data to the bodies responsible for inspection and audit in accordance with EU legislation (Court of Auditors or European Antifraud Office (XXXX)). The participant may, on written request, gain access to his personal data and correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete. He/she should address any questions regarding the processing of his/her personal data to the sending institution and/or the National Agency. The participant may lodge a complaint against the processing of his personal data with the [national supervising body for data protection] with regard to the use of these data by the sending institution, the National Agency, or to the European Data Protection Supervisor with regard to the use of the data by the European Commission.

  • Subcontracting 6.1 The Grantee is responsible for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including in relation to any tasks undertaken by subcontractors.

  • Capability 4 – Emergency public information and warning is the ability to develop, coordinate, and disseminate information, alerts, warnings, and notifications to the public and incident management personnel.
