UNIFIED CONTROL. All structures, uses and parking areas on the Parcels are and will be part of a single unified planned development, regardless of ownership. In furtherance of the foregoing, the Parcels shall be operated and developed in accordance with the Site Plan attached to this Agreement as Exhibit D, and shall meet all building, zoning and land development requirements as if they are one lot.
UNIFIED CONTROL. The OWNER hereby warrants that it has, as a result of fee simple ownership, unified ownership of all real property included in this PUD. Documents certifying title are attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B. A Covenant of Unified Control by the OWNER is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit C.
UNIFIED CONTROL. The Owners of the Property hereby agree and declare that (i) for the purpose of this Declaration, the Property shall be considered as one plot and parcel of land, and (ii) so long as this instrument shall remain in effect, any and all conveyances or transfers of all or any portion of the Property by the Owner, its heirs, grantees, successors, affiliates, assigns, or personal representatives shall be subject to the terms and restrictions of this Declaration as if any such heir, grantee, successor, affiliate, assign, or personal representative were a party hereto or a signatory hereof.

  • Weed Control The tenant shall control all noxious weeds on the subject lands and maintain all summerfallow in a reasonably weed-free condition.

  • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • SUBSIDY CONTROL 29.1 The Provider should satisfy itself, if the Subsidy Control Rules apply to the Funding received in relation to the Services delivered under this Agreement.
