Uniform Cost. 1. Payment for the first uniform can be made either in a lump sum payment to the Company, or through payroll deduction. 2. Payroll deductions will be made at a rate of $27.50 per paycheck. 3. Upon termination or resignation, any remaining balance will be deducted from the employee's last paycheck. If insufficient funds are available at the time of separation, the remaining balance will become due and payable. 4. The Company will permit the cost of optional items to be deducted from payroll under the same conditions as those outlined for required pieces. Optional items will be charged at 100% of their cost at all times. 5. With the exception of B.2. above, all required pieces for the initial uniform must be purchased through the Company. 6. The Company will loan maternity uniforms to Flight Attendants when requested.

  • Uniform Allowance ‌ If the Employer requires an employee to supply and/or maintain specified clothing in place of a uniform which would otherwise be supplied and maintained for jobs involving the direct care of patients/residents, then a clothing/maintenance allowance of ten dollars ($10.00) per bi-weekly pay period shall be paid. This allowance does not apply to non-patient/non-resident areas.

  • Least-cost Selection Services for assignments which the Association agrees meet the requirements of paragraph 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Least-cost Selection in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.6 of the Consultant Guidelines.

  • Annual Leave Loading During a period of annual leave an employee will receive a loading of 17.5 per cent calculated on the employee’s normal hourly rate of pay and the daily fares allowance if applicable. The loading will also apply to proportionate leave on lawful termination.

  • Uniforms and Protective Clothing 33.1 Where the employer requires an employee to wear a uniform, it shall be provided free of charge, but shall remain the property of the employer. 33.2 Suitable protective clothing shall be provided at the employer's expense where the duty involves a risk of excessive soiling or damage to uniforms or personal clothing or a risk of injury to the employee.

  • Construction Cost 3.1. Construction Cost does not include the fees of the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER and consultants, the cost of the land, rights- of-way, or other costs, which is the responsibility of the State as provided in Paragraphs 2.2 through 2.3. or any of the contingencies available for the project unless specifically stated otherwise. 3.2. Labor furnished by the State for the Project, however, with respect only to the construction of such components thereof as have been designed by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER, shall be included in the Construction Cost at current market rates.
