UNIFORM FIELD OFFICER INCENTIVE. A. A Uniform Field Officer Incentive of 3% (three percent) of regular salary (not pension based) shall be paid to each eligible officer.

Effective July 7, 2019, the Uniform Field Officer Incentive paid to each eligible officer shall increase to 4% (four percent) of regular salary (not pension based).
