Common use of Uniform Service Clause in Contracts

Uniform Service. 1. The BOARD will provide for each mechanic, maintenance and groundskeeper, a uniform service providing five (5) seasonal uniform changes per week. Such uniforms are to be worn while on duty. In each case, the vendor is selected by the BOARD. Said employees shall assume full responsibility for any costs of such uniform contract above and beyond the specified five (5) uniform changes per week provided by the BOARD.
