General Provisions for Custodial Grounds Maintenance and Mechanic Employees. A. Call in pay duty schedule (employee called in for duty separate and apart from contract work hours) shall be assigned by the Supervisor on a seniority rotation basis. Employees assigned call-in pay duty shall receive two (2) hours' pay or the total hours worked, whichever is greater. Any employee on vacation leave required to work a call-in schedule by the Supervisor shall be paid time and one- half (1-1/2) for all hours worked on an emergency call-in.
