MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL INSURANCE 14.1 Current practices will prevail for the duration of this Agreement, except that any changes in medical or hospital insurance plans, including the premium payable by employees, applicable to the majority of those employed in the Public Service for whom the Treasury Board is the employer, will during the life of this Agreement be applicable to the employees under this Agreement.
HEALTH CARE PLANS Notwithstanding the references to the Pacific Blue Cross Plans in this article, the parties agree that Employers, who are not currently providing benefits under the Pacific Blue Cross Plans may continue to provide the benefits through another carrier providing that the overall level of benefits is comparable to the level of benefits under the Pacific Blue Cross Plans.
Health Promotion and Health Education Both parties to this Agreement recognize the value and importance of health promotion and health education programs. Such programs can assist employees and their dependents to maintain and enhance their health, and to make appropriate use of the health care system. To work toward these goals:
Health Care Operations Health Care Operations shall have the meaning set out in its definition at 45 C.F.R. § 164.501, as such provision is currently drafted and as it is subsequently updated, amended or revised.
Community Relations i) Establish and maintain NWSA relationship with community organizations in King County to build support for the NWSA’s mission and activities.
Extended Health Care Plan (a) The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable Extended Health Care Plan.
Extended Health Care Benefits 12.02(a) The City will provide for all employees by contract through an insurer selected by the City an Extended Health Care Plan which will provide extended health care benefits. The City shall pay one hundred per cent (100%) of the premiums, which will include any premiums payable under The Health Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended. Labor/Management Relations Section 9.1 Representatives of the Union, not to exceed five (5) in number including at least one (1) representative of each shift, and representatives of the Employer, shall meet at least quarterly at mutually agreed upon times for up to two (2) hours to discuss matters of mutual concern relating to the interpretation, application, or administration of this Agreement and existing work rules which affect the members of the bargaining unit. Each party shall prepare and submit an agenda to the other party one (1) week prior to the scheduled meeting.
Health Care Benefits (a) Each regular full-time employee may elect coverage for himself and his eligible dependents* under one of the following health insurance plans:
EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE 233. Pursuant to the Charter, the City contributes whatever rate is applicable per month directly into the City Health Service System for each employee who is a member of the Health Service System. Subsequent City contributions will be set pursuant to the Charter.
