Union Bargaining Committees. A union master bargaining committee shall be appointed and consist of the Table Officers of the Union, plus one representative of each component together with the President of the Union. Component bargaining committees shall be appointed by the Components. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of members of the staff of the Union when negotiating with the Employer.
