Common use of Union Co-Operation Clause in Contracts

Union Co-Operation. 21.01 The Union agrees to uphold the rules and regulations of the Employer in regard to punctual and steady attendance, proper and sufficient notice in case of necessary absence, conduct on the job, and all other reasonable rules and regulations established by the Employer and not conflicting with this Agreement.
