UNION COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 6.01 The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Committee of employees. It shall be the duty of this committee to dealwith the Company in negotiation to modifications of this Agreement or its administration and to present to the Company such grievances as may be processed beyond the first step of the grievance procedure.
