Common use of Union/County Meetings Clause in Contracts

Union/County Meetings. ‌ The Union and County shall meet whenever the Union’s Chief Xxxxxxx, Union Representative, or General Manager and the County’s Director of Labor Relations agree to meet to discuss matters of mutual interest. Agenda items will be agreed to as well as the date and time of such meeting. Either party may refuse to meet if the subject of the meeting involves an ongoing grievance under Article 18.
