Common use of Union Grievances Clause in Contracts

Union Grievances. A Union policy grievance which is defined as an alleged violation, misinterpretation, or wrong application of this Agreement, may be lodged by the Grievance Committee in writing with the Administrator at Step No. 2 of the Grievance Procedure within ten (10) working days after the circumstances giving rise to such grievance occurred.

A Union policy grievance arising directly between the parties concerning the interpretation, application or alleged violation of this Agreement which is defined not properly lodged as an alleged violation, misinterpretation, or wrong application of this Agreement, employee grievance may be lodged submitted by the Grievance Committee in writing with the Administrator Union at Step No. 2 of the Grievance Procedure within ten seven (107) working days after the from circumstances giving rise to such grievance occurredthe grievance.
