Union Grievances. A Union grievance, which is defined as an alleged violation of this Agreement involving all or a number of employees in the bargaining unit, in regard to which a number of employees have signified an intention to grieve in writing or a grievance involving the Union itself, including the application or interpretation of this Agreement, may be brought forward as a grievance of an employee, subject to the same time limits as in Article 7 and to be processed in accordance with the provisions of Article 7.02 above.

Union Grievances. A Union grievance, which Grievance is defined as an alleged violation of this Agreement involving all or a number of employees in the bargaining unit, in regard to any written grievance which a number of employees have signified an intention to grieve in writing or a grievance involving the Union itself, including may have with the Company with respect to the application or interpretation of any of the terms or provisions where its interpretation is involved with the classification, work assignment or pay of this Agreement. Unless such grievance has been delivered to the Director, may be brought forward as a grievance Labor Relations, within fifteen (15) working days or of reasonable knowledge of an employee, subject occurrence upon which such grievance is founded the grievance shall be deemed to the same time limits as in Article 7 and to be waived. *The grievance shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Article 7.02 abovetimeline outlined in this agreement.
