Common use of Union Grievances Clause in Contracts

Union Grievances. A grievance filed by an employee(s) or the Union shall be initiated in writing at Step 1 of this procedure within five (5) work days after the employee(s) or Union knew or should have known of the condition causing the grievance to be filed.
