Union Information for New Employees. 11.10 A Representative of the Union shall have the right to a personal or telephone meeting with a new employee, whichever is practical, to make a presentation of up to sixty (60) minutes. The employee shall be granted leave with pay to attend this meeting. The Employer shall provide the facilities to enable this meeting and ensure that the employee is given adequate privacy for the duration of the meeting.
