Common use of Union Information for New Employees Clause in Contracts

Union Information for New Employees. The Company agrees that a Union Representative will be given an opportunity to meet with each new employee during regular hours, without loss of pay, for fifteen (15) minutes at sometime during the first week of employment for the purpose for acquainting the new employee with the duties of union membership and the employee’s responsibilities and obligations to the Company and the Union.

Union Information for New Employees. The Company Employer agrees that a Union Representative Xxxxxxx will be given an opportunity to meet with each new employee during regular scheduled work hours, without loss of pay, for fifteen (15) minutes at sometime during the first (1st) week of employment for the purpose for of acquainting the new employee with the duties of union membership and the employee’s employees responsibilities and obligations to the Company Employer and the Union.

The Company Employer agrees that a Union Representative will be given an opportunity to meet with each interview new employee during employees within regular working hours, without loss of pay, for fifteen thirty (1530) minutes at sometime during the first week ten (10) days of employment for the purpose for of acquainting the new employee employees with the benefits and duties of union Union membership and the employee’s responsibilities and obligations to the Company Employer and the Union.
