Union Introduction During Orientation. It is agreed that a Unit Chair or designate will interview an employee or a group of employees for a period of up to fifteen (15) minutes to discuss the role of the Union. The interview will take place on one of the orientation days, at a time agreeable between the Unit Chair and the Supervisor.
