Union Buttons The parties agree that all Union employees are entitled to wear a Union button while on duty, provided that the manner in which the button is worn shall not detract from the style of the uniform or costume normally worn by the employee.

UNION XXXXXXX 9:01 The Union may appoint and the Employer shall recognize a Xxxxxxx for each shop, job or area. The Employer's General Manager shall be notified in writing of the name of the Xxxxxxx when the appointment becomes effective. Report Cards Report cards are sent home each trimester; the report card envelope is to be signed and returned to the homeroom teacher the following school day. There will be an $8 replacement charge for any lost report card envelopes.

PROCUREMENT CARD The State has entered into an agreement for purchasing card services. The Purchasing Card enables Authorized Users to make authorized purchases directly from a Contractor without processing Purchase Orders or Purchase Authorizations. Purchasing Cards are issued to selected employees authorized to purchase for the Authorized User and having direct contact with Contractors. Cardholders can make purchases directly from any Contractor that accepts the Purchasing Card. The Contractor shall not process a transaction for payment through the credit card clearinghouse until the purchased Products have been shipped or services performed. Unless the cardholder requests correction or replacement of a defective or faulty Product in accordance with other Contract requirements, the Contractor shall immediately credit a cardholder’s account for Products returned as defective or faulty.
Bargaining Unit Information The Employer agrees to provide the Union such information relating to Employees in the bargaining unit as may be required by the Union for the purpose of collective bargaining.
Union Stewards (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Union stewards to be elected or appointed from amongst employees in the bargaining unit who have completed their probationary period for the purpose of dealing with Union business as provided under this Collective Agreement.
