Union Market Card. It is agreed that a Union Market Card shall be issued to the Employer for display in a conspicuous place, in conjunction with the execution of this Agreement. Said Union Market Card is the property of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, District Local 663. In the event of the violation of any term or provision of this Agreement by the Employer, the Union shall have the right to remove said Union Market Card from the premises.

Union Market Card. In all markets covered by this agreement, the official Union Market Card shall be displayed where visible to all customers, provided there are no violations of this AGREEMENT.

  • UNION XXXXXXX 9:01 The Union may appoint and the Employer shall recognize a Xxxxxxx for each shop, job or area. The Employer's General Manager shall be notified in writing of the name of the Xxxxxxx when the appointment becomes effective. The Xxxxxxx shall be recognized as the representative of the Union for the shop, job or area in which he/she is working and no discrimination shall be shown against the Xxxxxxx for carrying out his/her Union duties. The Xxxxxxx shall not be laid off, transferred or discharged by reason of executing his/her Union duties and responsibilities as a Xxxxxxx. To be eligible for appointment as a Xxxxxxx, the employee must have been in the employ of the Company for 12 consecutive months immediately prior to the appointment.

  • Union Buttons The parties agree that all Union employees are entitled to wear a Union button while on duty, provided that the manner in which the button is worn shall not detract from the style of the uniform or costume normally worn by the employee.

  • Bargaining Unit Information The Employer agrees to provide the Union such information relating to Employees in the bargaining unit as may be required by the Union for the purpose of collective bargaining.

  • Union Stewards (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Union stewards to be elected or appointed from amongst employees in the bargaining unit who have completed their probationary period for the purpose of dealing with Union business as provided under this Collective Agreement.

  • SHOP XXXXXXX (a) The Union may elect or appoint a Shop Xxxxxxx or Shop Stewards to represent the employees and the Union shall notify the Company as to the name or names of such Shop Xxxxxxx or Shop Stewards. The Company agrees that no Shop Xxxxxxx shall suffer any discrimination by reason of holding such office.

  • Wage Scales 27.1 Upon request, with reasonable notice, the City will provide an accurate amount of the individual employee's accumulated sick leave, holiday and vacation credits.

  • Hourly Rate (A) The amounts shall be computed by multiplying the appropriate hourly rates prescribed in the contract by the number of direct labor hours performed. Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis.
