Common use of Union Materials Clause in Contracts

Union Materials. The Union shall have the right to distribute Union material 33 and literature on the premises of the Employer provided that if done by employees they 34 do so on non-work time, and provided it is not done in such a manner as to interfere with 35 the operational requirements of the Agency.
