Union President. 9.07 The President of the Local Union, or in his/her absence the Vice President, will be recognized as an ex-officio member of all committees. It is understood that the President and Vice President shall not be recognized as additional District Committeepersons but will have access to all plants of the Company’s operations covered by this Agreement.
