UNION RECOGNITION AND UNION SECURITY. 3.1 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining authority for all employees covered by this Agreement and coming within the jurisdiction of the Union. 3.2 The Employer shall have the right to discharge employees for just cause.
