Common use of Union Representative and Employee Involvement Clause in Contracts

Union Representative and Employee Involvement. (a) In all cases involving a grievance, all employees except the griever(s) must continue to work. Where an employee or employees has or have been discharged by the Employer, he or they shall not remain in the employ of the Employer while his or their grievance is being processed in accordance with this grievance procedure.
