Union Rights. List to include name, classification, job location, and hire date in classification; G. the right to receive copies of any budget or financial material supplied to the public; H. the right to release time, without pay, for employees who are Service Employees International Union (SEIU) elected officers to conduct necessary SEIU business; and I. the right to review employees' personnel files and any other records dealing with employees when accompanied by the employee or on presentation of written authorization signed by the employee, not during duty time, unless involved in a filed grievance. Section 2 Within sixty (60) days after the execution of this Agreement, the District shall print, or duplicate, the Agreement and provide a copy for each employee in the bargaining unit. A. 4.1.1 Authorized representatives of the right to represent an employeeUnion shall, upon requestprior notice to the District, be permitted to transact business relating to the implementation of this Agreement or to attend scheduled meetings with District management on District property. The phrase "prior notice to the District" means, in the case of a formal meeting as expressly provided for in school, notice to and concurrence of the Grievance Procedureprincipal or his/her designee, and in meetings relating the case of another type of installation, notice to discipline;
B. the right to access to areas in which employees work, provided employees are not disturbed during duty time. The Union-authorized representative shall report in to the supervisor and concurrence of the area prior senior officer of the District in charge of the installation, or his/her designee. Concurrence may be withheld if the granting of the request at that time would significantly interfere with the activities of the work unit.
4.1.2 The Union shall continue to contacting individual or groups of employees;
C. the right to use, without charge, institutional bulletin boards, mailboxes, and the have use of the school delivery service District's internal communication service.
4.1.3 The right to use without charge institutional bulletin boards and other District means of communication for the posting or transmission of information or notices concerning Union matters;matters that are not inconsistent with this Agreement.
D. 4.1.4 The right to use available institutional facilities at and for reasonable times for purposes not adverse to the maintenance of District operations.
4.1.5 The right to be permitted reasonable use supplied free of charge with a complete roster of all bargaining unit employees on a quarterly basis. The roster shall indicate the employee's present classification, primary job site, and residence. The bargaining unit may request other position related information that is easily accessible through the District’s current HR/Payroll database system to be provided.
4.1.6 The right to information on, and access to, copies of governmental grants when such grants can reasonably be expected to impact matters within the required scope of bargaining, and said copy shall be forwarded to the Union at approximately the same time as to the governing board. The District shall notify the Union not less than ten (10) working days prior to the effective date of any changes in District forms that would directly affect members of the school telephone for calls involving grievance and discipline matters, so long as such use does not interfere with normal office business at bargaining unit under the location;provisions of the Contract.
E. the right to coordinate Union meeting, which may be held in school buildings in accordance with the "Civic Center Act," at times before or after the school day or during employees' duty-free lunch period, subject to availability of facilities and provided that there is no interference with other scheduled duties or events;
F. the Union shall receive a list of all classified employees in accordance with present practice. List to include name, classification, job location, and hire date in classification;
G. the 4.1.7 The right to receive two (2) copies of any budget or financial material supplied when such directly impacts matters subject to bargaining at approximately the same time that it is given to the public;
H. the right to release time, without pay, for employees who are Service Employees International Union (SEIU) elected officers to conduct necessary SEIU business; and
I. the right to review employees' personnel files and any other records dealing with employees when accompanied by the employee or on presentation of written authorization signed by the employee, not during duty time, unless involved in a filed grievancegoverning board.
Section 2 Within sixty 4.1.8 The right of paid release time for up to twenty-one (6021) working days after or one hundred sixty-eight (168) hours to attend the execution conferences or other Association business that is not inconsistent with the interests of this Agreementthe District (e.g., matters relating to the conducting of concerted activities). If the Association elects to send an additional delegate to the CSEA annual conference, the District shall printauthorize an additional five (5) days of paid release time to attend the conference. The use of paid release time is subject to reasonable advance notice, or duplicatewhich in no event shall be less than two (2) working days. Time may be taken in units of hourly increments.
4.1.8.1 Subject to acceptance by the State CSEA into the CSEA Release Time Program, the Agreement and District agrees to provide a copy an additional 26 paid days to up to two (2) CSEA designated members for each employee release time to visit job sites. Such release time in the bargaining unit. The District this section shall also provide a copy of this Agreement be fully reimbursed to all new bargaining unit members as they are hired. The cost of duplicating will be borne equally by the District by CSEA. Each year the CSEA Chapter 620 shall designate those who may be released for these site visits. All matters set forth in this Article shall constitute the sole and exclusive rights of the Union.
A. The Local Union President or their designee, shall be allowed, with prior written or verbal approval by the Sheriff or their designee, to visit the premises and/or employees within the bargaining unit for the purpose of administering this Agreement. Bargaining unit employees may be permitted time off for representative matters only at the location;discretion of the County. The Union will be provided the opportunity to speak with the new employees about the Union and provide them with a copy of the contract.
E. B. Union officials and County representatives may schedule meetings to discuss any matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement at places and times mutually agreeable to the parties.
C. The Union President, or the President’s designee may, with prior approval from and at the sole discretion of the Sheriff or designee, speak to employees during employee meetings or briefings so long as said speech does not interfere with the operation of the Department and is for no more than five (5) minutes in length.
D. The County shall provide reasonable space in each building where bargaining unit employees are assigned accessible to employees for a bulletin board, provided by the Union, that may be used for posting notices or other information related to the recreational and social affairs of the Union; Union meetings; Union elections; reports of Union committees; rulings or policies of the State or National associations; legislative enactments and judicial decisions affecting public employee labor relations; and notices or announcements pertaining to the activities of the Union, State or National Association. CWA or its designee maintains the exclusive right to coordinate be the only entity allowed to post information on this bulletin board. This does not preclude the Union meetingfrom posting notices of a social or fraternal nature.
1. Postings on the Union Board shall be by the Union President or their designee. Prior to posting any materials on the Union Board, which a copy of the posting(s) shall be sent to the Sheriff in writing.
2. The bulletin board shall not be used to criticize any officials, employees, or members of, or any policies of the Union, Management, or the County. The bulletin board shall not be used for posting political, inflammatory, derogatory, or controversial materials.
3. In the event that the Sheriff or designee contends that material has been posted on the bulletin board that violates Section D2 above, the Sheriff or designee may be held in school buildings in accordance with the "Civic Center Act," at times before or after the school day or during employees' duty-free lunch period, subject to availability of facilities immediately remove said material and provided that if there is no interference with dispute whether a violation has taken place, the Union may file a grievance pursuant to Article 30.
4. Any other scheduled duties or events;
F. dissemination of written materials by the Union shall receive be with the prior approval of the Human Resource Director or designee. Approval/denial will be made within twenty-four (24) hours. Union shall identify in writing to the Human Resources Director or designee those persons serving as Union representatives.
E. Union officials shall be allowed to conduct minor union business while on duty so long as it does not interfere with their normal job performance. The Union will provide a list of all classified employees union representatives to the department and Human Resources Department to identify the Union officials. If the list is changed for any reason, the Union will provide a new list to the Sheriff and Human Resources Department within a week of the change. The Union Executive Board will help ensure and track that Union personnel are not violating this Article.
F. The Employer shall approve reasonable written requests for annual leave, personal day, accrued comp time, and/or leave without pay if requested by the Union President for officers, stewards, or members to participate in accordance with present practiceUnion activities. G. the right to receive copies of any budget or financial material supplied to the public;

Union Rights. Section 1 1. The Union shall have the following rights will select certain of its agents who are not Agency employees as “Union Representatives” and certify in addition writing their names to the rights contained in any other portion Agency’s Appointing Authority. The Union will update the list of this Agreement:authorized Union Representatives as needed or requested by the Agency.
A. Section 2. Union Representatives will be allowed to visit the right to represent an employeework areas of bargaining unit employees during work hours, upon request, in a formal after advising the work section manager or designee of their presence for the purpose of meeting as expressly provided for in the Grievance Procedure, and in meetings relating to discipline;

Section 6. Not more than fifteen (15) minutes shall be granted for the posting Union to make a presentation at the orientation of a new employee or transmission group of new employees or at such other time agreeable to the Agency. The purpose of the Union’s presentation shall be the purpose of identifying the Union’s status, organizational benefits, facilities, related information and distributing and collecting membership applications. This time is not be used for discussion of labor/management disputes. The Agency shall provide the Union advance notice of the time and place of new employee orientation meetings.
(a) The Agency shall provide a 36” X 24” bulletin board in all office locations owned or notices concerning leased by the Agency for the Hearing Panel for the use of the Union matters;in communications dealing with Union functions, meetings, elections, Union appointments and such other information as may be approved by the Agency’s Appointing Authority or designee.
D. (b) Union Officers and Stewards shall have the authorization to post e-mail messages for internal Union business, as stated in subsection (a) above, where the Agency currently uses such a system, provided all of the following conditions are met:
(1) Such messages shall be limited to short meeting announcements, meeting minutes or internal Union officer elections.
(2) The electronic e-mail system shall not be used for interactive communications. All Union e-mail messages shall be labeled, “One-way communication, DO NOT RESPOND”.
(3) Usage shall comply with Agency policies applicable to all users such as protection of confidential information and security of equipment.
(4) There shall be no additional cost to the Agency for use of the Agency’s e-mail system; and
(5) Authorized Union-represented employees who post messages to the system shall do so on their own time.
(6) E-mail usage shall be consistent with Agency Policy 03-21 (Acceptable Uses of State Electronics Information Systems).
(7) The Officers and Stewards of the Local may e-mail Agency bargaining unit employees consistent with the requirements outlined in this Article.
(8) The Agency reserves the right to be permitted reasonable trace, review, audit, access, intercept, recover or monitor use of the school telephone for calls involving grievance and discipline matters, so long as such use does not interfere with normal office business at the location;
E. the right to coordinate Union meeting, which may be held in school buildings in accordance with the "Civic Center Act," at times before or after the school day or during employees' dutyits e-free lunch period, subject to availability of facilities and provided that there is no interference with other scheduled duties or events;
F. the Union shall receive a list of all classified employees in accordance with present practice. List to include name, classification, job location, and hire date in classification;
G. the right to receive copies of any budget or financial material supplied to the public;
H. the right to release time, mail system without pay, for employees who are Service Employees International Union (SEIU) elected officers to conduct necessary SEIU business; and

Section 2 Within sixty (609) days after Nothing in this Article shall be construed to abridge any rights of an Agency to control its e-mail system, its uses or information.
(10) E-mail usage shall not adversely affect the execution use of this Agreement, an Agency’s computer system for Agency business. This provision no longer applies when an Agency changes or discontinues a computer system and thereby loses the District shall print, or duplicate, the Agreement and provide a copy for each employee in the bargaining unit. The District shall also provide a copy of this Agreement ability to all new bargaining unit members as they are hired. The cost of duplicating will be borne equally by the District and the Unionmaintain an electronic e-mail system.

F. building utilization procedures, including the utilization contract, are followed. The Union shall receive a list of all classified employees in accordance with present practice. List to include name, classification, job location, and hire date in classification;
G. the right to receive copies of any budget or financial material supplied to the public;
H. the right to release time, without pay, for employees who are Service Employees International Union (SEIU) elected officers to conduct necessary SEIU business; and
I. the right to review employees' personnel files and any other records dealing with employees when accompanied by the employee or on presentation of written authorization signed by the employee, not during duty time, unless involved in a filed grievance.
Section 2 Within sixty (60) days after the execution of this Agreement, the District shall print, or duplicate, the Agreement and provide a copy for each employee in the bargaining unit. The District shall also provide a copy of the contract for utilization to the Transportation Coordinator.
6.02 The Local Union President, or his/her designated representative, may transact official business pertaining to this Agreement to all new bargaining unit members as they are hiredon school property, provided that it does not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations.
6.03 The Union Members may use designated bulletin board space in the Bus Compound to post and remove notices of Union activities and matters of concern. Union representatives shall have access to such bulletin board space and the right to post and remove notices of Union activities and matters on such board. Any item may be posted unless the material contained is defamatory, obscene, partisan for political purposes, libelous, derogatory, or tends to impede or disrupt the normal operations of the District. Posting a notice of a legal strike in the Bus Compound shall not be deemed a violation of this provision.
6.04 Union Representatives shall have the right to place notices in bargaining unit members’ mailboxes, provided the Board continues to use such a system. The cost elected officials of duplicating will the Union shall be borne equally by responsible for all materials as to quantity and content. The Union shall not use the District and system to distribute any materials that are defamatory, obscene, libelous, derogatory, or which tend to impede or disrupt the Unionnormal operations of the District. Distribution of a notice of a legal strike in the bargaining unit members’ mailboxes shall not be deemed a violation of this provision.
6.05 Upon the Union President’s written request, the Board shall provide an updated list of bargaining unit employees with seniority dates to the Union on a semi-annual basis.

Section 2 Within sixty (60) days after the execution of this Agreement, the District shall print, or duplicate, the Agreement and provide a copy for each employee transfers in the bargaining unit. The District shall also report will contain each ASE’s name, unique ID number, home department, start date, FTE percent time, job classification, and mail stop. Upon request, within two weeks, the University will provide a copy quarterly report listing the ASE’s name, unique ID number, home department, job code, job classification, status/action, mail stop, home address, and hire date. The University shall provide these lists in an electronic file when practicable. These lists shall be provided at no cost to the Union.
Section 2. The Union will have the same access to the University mail system as all other unions representing University employees.
Section 3. Following ratification and approval by the parties, the University shall publish the Agreement on a designated website.
Section 4. In accordance with University/Department policy on access, representatives of the UAW shall be permitted access to employees’ work spaces for the performance of official union business, provided the University policy shall be non-discriminatory and shall be enforced in a non-discriminatory manner. Union representatives will not engage in any disruption of University operations, interfere with the assignment and direction of employees, or in any way impede the discharge of any employee’s duties and responsibilities.
Section 5. The Union shall be provided 30 minutes for Union orientation at any University, Hiring Unit, or Department wide orientation for new ASEs, to distribute materials, including Union membership application and dues deduction authorization. Such meetings shall not count toward the 220 hours expectation. The University and the Union shall meet semi-annually to discuss the efficacy of this provision.
Section 6. The University agrees to furnish conference and/or meeting rooms for Union meetings upon prior request by the Union in accordance with University policy and cost.
Section 7. The Union may designate a number of stewards appropriate to the size of the unit who shall be members of the bargaining unit. A ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ who is processing a grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure of this Agreement shall be permitted reasonable paid release time to all new bargaining unit members as they are hiredmeet with University representatives and process the grievance. Time off for processing a grievance shall be granted to a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ by a supervisor following a request, but in consideration of job responsibilities. If permission for time off can not be granted, the University shall arrange for time for release time off at the earliest possible time thereafter. The cost University will work in good faith to find ways to allow ASEs designated as stewards the time necessary to perform their responsibilities, which may include a reduced work assignment for the ASE. The Union will work in good faith with the University in the designation of duplicating stewards so as to avoid appointing a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in situations that would create a hardship to the University.
Section 8. The Union will submit to the Office of Labor Relations the name of each ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the assigned jurisdiction of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. In the event of a re-designation of stewards, notice shall be borne equally provided to the University at least two days prior to the date such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is recognized. Stewards will only process grievances within their ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ jurisdiction, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
Section 9. The University shall provide paid release time for up to five (5) ASEs designated by the District and Union for the Unionpurpose of bargaining a replacement agreement.
Section 10. The University will provide a bulletin board space for the Union in those Departments where ASEs work.
Section 11. The University shall furnish an electronic copy to the Union of the Annual Graduate Student Financial Support Summary Report (ethnic breakdown).

Union Rights. Section 1 A. The Board grants the Union the following organizational rights:
1. To use the facilities of any building for meetings, upon the approval of the appropriate building administrator provided that any such meeting shall not interfere or compete with any other authorized activity in the building. Building use shall be without fee. The Union shall not use school facilities at a time when employees are not regularly scheduled to work unless:
a. The Union reimburses the Board for the employee(s) wages; or
b. The employee(s) waive their wages for that period, in writing, prior to working that time. Employees scheduled to work may attend Union meetings provided they have been granted release time which shall be made up at the following rights end of the shift.
2. To use Board-owned equipment upon approval of the appropriate building administrator. The equipment shall include computers, fax machines, email, calculators, photocopy, and audio-visual equipment. Usage of this equipment shall only be approved for use at times which do not interfere with the operation of the school system. Any expendable supplies shall be supplied by the Union.
3. To use the inter-school mail system in addition the school’s offices to distribute Union bulletins, newsletters, or other circulars.
4. To use a reasonable space on the bulletin boards in teacher lounges or workrooms to disseminate information to members.
5. To use telephones in any building on non-working time to carry out Union business. The Union shall reimburse the Board for any fees or toll call charges within fifteen (15) days of invoice by the Board Treasurer.
6. To call meetings of Union members within the building, but not on working hours unless authorized otherwise by the Administration.
7. To allow or permit the Union President (or designee) to visit schools provided that:
a. The President/designee has received permission from his/her appropriate administrator/supervisor for release time which shall be made up later or is on non-working time;
b. The President/designee notifies the appropriate building administrator of his/her presence in the building;
c. Any employee with whom the President/designee wishes to speak has been granted release time which shall be made up later or is on non- working time. Violations of this provision may be subject to disciplinary action.
B. The Union shall be provided:
1. Copies of all Board agenda and, upon specific request to the rights contained in any other portion Superintendent by the Union President, Board minutes and financial reports.
2. Copies of this Agreement:
A. the right to represent an employeeappropriations and budget forms, upon request, in a formal meeting as expressly provided for in soon as it is possible after such forms are filed with the Grievance Procedure, and in meetings relating to disciplineagency required by law;

Union Rights. Section 1 1. The Union shall have the following rights will select certain of its agents, who are not Agency employees as "Union Representatives," and certify, in addition writing, their names to the rights contained in any other portion Administrator of this Agreement:the Agency.

The roster shall indicate the employee's present classification, primary job site, and residence. The bargaining unit may request other position related information that is easily accessible through the District’s current HR/Payroll database system to be provided.
4.1.6 The right to information on, and access to, copies of governmental grants when such grants can reasonably be expected to impact matters within the required scope of bargaining, and said copy shall be forwarded to the Union at approximately the same time as to the governing board. E. B. Union officials and County representatives may schedule meetings to discuss any matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement at places and times mutually agreeable to the parties.
C. The Union President, or the President’s designee may, with prior approval from and at the sole discretion of the Sheriff or designee, speak to employees during employee meetings or briefings so long as said speech does not interfere with the operation of the Department and is for no more than five (5) minutes in length.
D. The County shall provide reasonable space in each building where bargaining unit employees are assigned accessible to employees for a bulletin board, provided by the Union, that may be used for posting notices or other information related to the recreational and social affairs of the Union; Union meetings; Union elections; reports of Union committees; rulings or policies of the State or National associations; legislative enactments and judicial decisions affecting public employee labor relations; and notices or announcements pertaining to the activities of the Union, State or National Association. CWA or its designee maintains the exclusive right to coordinate be the only entity allowed to post information on this bulletin board. This does not preclude the Union meetingfrom posting notices of a social or fraternal nature.
1. Postings on the Union Board shall be by the Union President or their designee. Prior to posting any materials on the Union Board, which a copy of the posting(s) shall be sent to the Sheriff in writing.
2. The bulletin board shall not be used to criticize any officials, employees, or members of, or any policies of the Union, Management, or the County. The bulletin board shall not be used for posting political, inflammatory, derogatory, or controversial materials.
3. In the event that the Sheriff or designee contends that material has been posted on the bulletin board that violates Section 4b above, the Sheriff or designee may be held in school buildings in accordance with the "Civic Center Act," at times before or after the school day or during employees' duty-free lunch period, subject to availability of facilities immediately remove said material and provided that if there is no interference with dispute whether a violation has taken place, the Union may file a grievance pursuant to Article 30.

The District shall also report will contain each ASE’s name, unique ID number, home department, start date, FTE percent time, job classification, and mail stop. Upon request, within two weeks, the University will provide a copy quarterly report listing the ASE’s name, unique ID number, home department, job code, job classification, status/action, mail stop, home address, and hire date. The University shall provide these lists in an electronic file when practicable. These lists shall be provided at no cost to the Union.
Section 2. The Union will have the same access to the University mail system as all other unions representing University employees.
Section 3. Following ratification and approval by the parties, the University shall publish the Agreement on a designated website.
Section 4. In accordance with University/Department policy on access, representatives of the UAW shall be permitted access to employees’ work spaces for the performance of official union business, provided the University policy shall be non-discriminatory and shall be enforced in a non-discriminatory manner. Union representatives will not engage in any disruption of University operations, interfere with the assignment and direction of employees, or in any way impede the discharge of any employee’s duties and responsibilities.
Section 5. The Union shall be provided 30 minutes for Union orientation at any University, Hiring Unit, or Department wide orientation for new ASEs, to distribute materials, including Union membership application and dues deduction authorization. Such meetings shall not count toward the 220 hours expectation. The University and the Union shall meet semi-annually to discuss the efficacy of this provision.
Section 6. The University agrees to furnish conference and/or meeting rooms for Union meetings upon prior request by the Union in accordance with University policy and cost.
Section 7. The Union may designate a number of stewards appropriate to the size of the unit who shall be members of the bargaining unit. A ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ who is processing a grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure of this Agreement shall be permitted reasonable paid release time to all new bargaining unit members as they are hiredmeet with University representatives and process the grievance. Time off for processing a grievance shall be granted to a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ by a supervisor following a request, but in consideration of job responsibilities. If permission for time off can not be granted, the University shall arrange for time for release time off at the earliest possible time thereafter. The cost University will work in good faith to find ways to allow ASEs designated as stewards the time necessary to perform their responsibilities, which may include a reduced work assignment for the ASE. The Union will work in good faith with the University in the designation of duplicating stewards so as to avoid appointing a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in situations that would create a hardship to the University.
Section 8. The Union will submit to the Office of Labor Relations the name of each ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the assigned jurisdiction of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. In the event of a re-designation of stewards, notice shall be borne equally provided to the University at least two days prior to the date such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is recognized. Stewards will only process grievances within their ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ jurisdiction, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
Section 9. The University shall provide paid release time for up to five (5) ASEs designated by the District and Union for the Unionpurpose of bargaining a replacement agreement.

Section 11. The University shall furnish an electronic copy to the Union of the Annual Graduate Student Financial Support Summary Report (ethnic breakdown).

Upon request by the Union, with notification of the Superintendent of Schools/Building Principal/ or supervisor and the presentation of proper credential, officers or accredited representative of the Union shall be admitted onto the Employer’s premises during working hours for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not this Agreement is being observed by the Parties, or for assisting in the adjusting of grievances, provided, that said observation shall not disrupt orderly operations.
B. The provisions of this Agreement and the wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment, shall be applied without regard to race, creed, religion, color, national origin, age, sex or marital status.
C. Each new bargaining unit member shall, as a condition of employment, on or before thirty (30) days from the date of commencement of duties or the effective date of this agreement, whichever is later, be advised of their rights under this agreement and shall, in writing, either join this Association or certify that they have been advised of their rights and choose not to join.
D. The Union shall have the following rights in addition right to use buildings at reasonable hours for meetings which do not interfere with the rights contained in any other portion regular program or work of this Agreement:
A. the employees. The Union shall have the right to represent an employee, upon request, in a formal meeting as expressly use duplicating equipment and supplies provided that the Union pay for the costs of supplies used and/or damage to equipment.
E. Bulletin board space will be made available for the Union in the Grievance Procedurehigh school, junior high and elementary buildings in meetings relating to discipline;
B. the right to access to areas in which employees work, provided employees are not disturbed during duty timeeach staff lounge. The Union-authorized representative bulletin boards shall report be used only for union business and all notices shall be signed by a designated union official.
F. The Union agrees to reimburse the school for any damage to facilities entrusted in its care.
G. The Union shall have up to the supervisor a maximum of five (5) Union days for Union business to be taken without pay.
H. Special conferences may be arranged to discuss particular items of concern to either party. If possible, such conferences will be outside of the area prior employee's normal work day.
I. Whenever possible, employees shall be privately counseled for corrective action.
J. No employee will be disciplined or discriminated against for failing to contacting individual follow any rule, regulation, or groups order unless such rule, regulation, or order has be uniformly applied to all employees.
▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, accusations and the spread of malicious rumors against employees will not be tolerated. The Administration will defend the rights and reputation of its employees and thoroughly investigate such incidents. If a student, parent or community member is found to have intentionally committed said act, the administration will meet with the teacher, or a designated representative, to discuss how to resolve the situation to protect the integrity of the educational environment and the reputation of employees;
C. the right to use, without charge, institutional bulletin boards, mailboxes, and the use of the school delivery service and other District means of communication for the posting or transmission of information or notices concerning Union matters;
D. the right to be permitted reasonable use of the school telephone for calls involving grievance and discipline matters, so long as such use does not interfere with normal office business at the location;
E. the right to coordinate Union meeting, which may be held in school buildings in accordance with the "Civic Center Act," at times before or after the school day or during employees' duty-free lunch period, subject to availability of facilities and provided that there is no interference with other scheduled duties or events;
F. the Union shall receive a list of all classified employees in accordance with present practice. List to include name, classification, job location, and hire date in classification;
G. the right to receive copies of any budget or financial material supplied to the public;
H. the right to release time, without pay, for employees who are Service Employees International Union (SEIU) elected officers to conduct necessary SEIU business; and
I. the right to review employees' personnel files and any other records dealing with employees when accompanied by the employee or on presentation of written authorization signed by the employee, not during duty time, unless involved in a filed grievance.
Section 2 Within sixty (60) days after the execution of this Agreement, the District shall print, or duplicate, the Agreement and provide a copy for each employee in the bargaining unit. The District shall also provide a copy of this Agreement to all new bargaining unit members as they are hired. The cost of duplicating will be borne equally by the District and the Union.
