UNION SECURITY AND DUES CHECK-OFF. ‌ 4:01 The Employer agrees to deduct the amount of monthly dues as determined by the Union from all earnings negotiated under the terms of the Collective Agreement and includes regular wages, overtime, shift and call out premiums, retro pay, sick leave, vacation pay and any or all other forms of income and every employee covered by this Agreement.
