The Union may designate specialized representatives to deal with issues such as workplace safety and insurance claims, occupational health and safety, pay equity and the like. The Society agrees to recognize such specialized representatives in dealings with the Union required under the Collective Agreement. The Society agrees to forward to the Chief Xxxxxxx, a copy of all correspondence which the Society is required to forward to the local Union Office under the terms of this collective agreement. From time to time thereafter as staff change, the Society agrees to provide the Union with (where such positions exist) the names of its Director of Operations, Manager, Community Health Services, Supervisor- Operations and each of its Supervisors for those locations covered by this Collective Agreement. It is understood that this list is for informational purposes only and the accuracy or inaccuracy of the list shall have no impact or effect on any decision or action taken by the Employer or its managers and supervisors whether on the list or not, whether the decision or action be administrative, disciplinary or of any other nature or kind.
