Common use of Union Storage Clause in Contracts

Union Storage. The University agrees to provide space at or near the Dispatcher’s work stations or locker area where Union materials necessary for the administration of this collective bargaining agreement may be kept. The Union will be permitted to place a locker or locking cabinet in that space as long as the locker or cabinet meets with the approval of the Department.
