Common use of Union - Superintendent Meeting Clause in Contracts

Union - Superintendent Meeting. The Superintendent of Schools and representatives of the Union shall meet at the request of either party on a monthly basis to discuss matters of educational policy and professional concern as well as matters relating to the implementation of this Agreement for a period not to exceed two hours except as it may be extended by mutual agreement. Policies adopted or maintained as a result of such meetings shall not be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement nor shall they be contrary to Board policies except upon mutual written agreement between the Board and the Union.
