Union Training on Collective Bargaining Agreement. A. Upon the effective date of the Agreement, NTEU will develop an education program on the Agreement for the Headquarters Employees in both the DOE Germantown and Xxxxxxxxx facilities. If the education program is offered during duty hours, Employees may attend the education program no more than once in its entirety. Duty time must be requested and approved by the Employee's supervisor in accordance with Article 3.
