Common use of Unit Information Clause in Contracts

Unit Information. ‌ Management will continue to comply with California Code, Government Code – GOV § 3558 by providing the Association with the name, job title, department, work location, home address, work, home, and personal cellular telephone numbers, personal email addresses on file with the Department at least every 120 days. All information shall be provided to the Association electronically in a file format or through a readily accessible database. Once the bargaining unit member’s personal information is provided to the Association, the Association will assume responsibility to properly secure it. The Association shall indemnify and hold harmless the City for any claims made by a bargaining Unit member for the loss, alleged improper use, or unauthorized release of their personal information.
