Renewal Notice; Notification of Changes Subject to governing law, XOOM can renew this Agreement with new or revised Terms. XOOM will send you written notice at least (30) days before the end of the Term. The notice will specify the date by which you must advise XOOM if you do not want to renew your Agreement. If you do not advise XOOM by the specified date, this Agreement will automatically renew at the fixed rate or variable rate then in effect in accordance with the notice. XOOM reserves the right, with fifteen (15) days’ notice, to amend this Agreement to adjust its service to accommodate any change in regulations, law, tariff or other change in procedure required by any third party that may affect XOOM’s ability to continue to serve you under this Agreement.
CFR PART 200 Domestic Preferences for Procurements As appropriate and to the extent consistent with law, the non-Federal entity should, to the greatest extent practicable under a Federal award, provide a preference for the purchase, acquisition, or use of goods, products, or materials produced in the United States (including but not limited to iron, aluminum, steel, cement, and other manufactured products). The requirements of this section must be included in all subawards including all contracts and purchase orders for work or products under this award. For purposes of 2 CFR Part 200.322, “Produced in the United States” means, for iron and steel products, that all manufacturing processes, from the initial melting stag through the application of coatings, occurred in the United States. Moreover, for purposes of 2 CFR Part 200.322, “Manufactured products” means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe, aggregates such as concrete, class, including optical fiber, and lumber. VACANCIES, PROMOTIONS AND TRANSFERS A. The Board recognizes that it is desirable in making assignments to consider the interests and aspirations of its teachers. Requests by a teacher for a transfer to a different class, building, or position shall be made in writing, one copy of which shall be filed with the Superintendent.
