Reemployment Notice. Whenever a reemployment list is in effect for a class, the District shall be responsible for providing written notification of appropriate openings to employees on said list by placing said notice in the U.S. mail, postage prepaid, to the last known address of the employee. CSEA shall concurrently be provided a copy of each notice.

Reemployment Notice. Whenever a reemployment list is in effect for a bargaining unit class, the Employer shall be responsible for providing written notification of appropriate openings to employees on said list by placing said notice in the U.S. Mail, postage prepaid, to the last known address of the employee. CSEA shall concurrently be provided a copy of each notice.
Reemployment Notice. Any employee who is laid-off and is subsequently eligible for reemployment shall be notified in writing by the Superintendent of appropriate openings. Such notice shall be sent by mail to the last known address of the employee and shall acquit the Superintendent of his/her notification responsibility. MCFSE shall concurrently be provided a copy of each notice.
