Unit Operators. Unit Operator shall comply with the Workmen's Compensation law of the state in which the Unit Area is located. Unit Operator shall also maintain in force at all times with respect to operations hereunder such other insurance, if any, as may be required by law. In addition, Unit Operator shall maintain such other insurance, if any, as is described in Exhibit 5 hereto attached or as is Approved from time to time by the Parties. Unit Operator shall carry no other insurance for the benefit of the Parties except as above specified. Upon written request of any Party, Unit Operator shall furnish evidence of insurance carried by it with respect to operations hereunder.

  • Property Management Borrower will provide for professional management of the Mortgaged Property by the Property Manager at all times under a property management agreement approved by Lender in writing.   • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence.
