Unjust Suspension or Discharge. (a) An Employee considered by the Union to be wrongfully or unjustly discharged or suspended shall be entitled to a hearing under Article 10 - Grievance Procedure, within seven (7) days after such discharge or suspension. Steps 1 of the Grievance Procedure shall be omitted in such cases. (b) An Employee who is found to have been unjustly suspended or discharged, shall be immediately reinstated in his/her former position without loss of seniority. He/she shall be compensated for all time lost in the amount equal to his/her normal earnings or by any other compensation arrangement which is just and equitable in the opinion of the parties or in the opinion of a Board of Arbitration, if the matter is referred to such a Board.
