Unjust Suspension or Discharge. (a) An Employee considered by the Union to be wrongfully or unjustly discharged or suspended shall be entitled to a hearing under Article 10 - Grievance Procedure, within seven (7) days after such discharge or suspension. Steps 1 of the Grievance Procedure shall be omitted in such cases.
