Unjust Suspension or Discharge. An employee who has been unjustly suspended or discharged shall be compensated for all time lost retroactive to the date of suspension or discharge, subject to any other arrangements as to compensation (including retroactivity), which are just and equitable in the opinion of the Employer and the Union, or subject to the decision of an Arbitrator exercising their authority under the Labour Relations Code, if the matter is referred to an Arbitrator. The value of the compensation for loss of wages or salary must not exceed the end date of the employee’s appointment from which the employee was unjustly suspended or discharged.
