Unless. (a) the matter involves a pattern of practice; and
(b) the business person has exhausted the available administrative remedies regarding the particular matter.
Unless has provided Agency with a quote, estimate or budget for any element of the Goods and/or Services to be supplied by it, and later has reason to believe that its Fees and/or Expenses will or may exceed such quote, estimate or budget, the Supplier shall immediately advise Agency, and Agency shall not be obliged to pay the Supplier any excess above such quote, estimate or budget originally provided which is not approved by Agency in advance in writing.
Unless. 6.1.1 we agree in writing; or
6.1.2 you have subscribed to the multi-users packages, you will not permit the Services to be accessed or utilised simultaneously by more than one user or by any one or more users in a network environment. We will, in our discretion, determine whether any arrangement, configuration or usage of the Services constitutes use within a network environment.
Unless otherwise agreed to between the parties, currency transfer under paragraph (1) of this Article shall be permitted in the currency of the original Investment or any other convertible currency. Such transfer shall be made at the prevailing market rate of exchange on the date of transfer.
Unless. (i) an Event of Default is continuing;
(ii) the relevant assignment, transfer or novation is to another Bank or an Affiliate of any Bank; or
(iii) the relevant assignment, transfer or novation takes effect after the last day of the Commitment Period or, if earlier, the date on which the Loan is drawn in full, the consent of the Borrower is required for any assignment, transfer or novation referred to in paragraph (a) above. Such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, and shall be deemed to have been given unless the Borrower notifies the Agent that it does not consent to the proposed assignment, transfer or novation within five Business Days of receipt of notice thereof.

Unless the service user or some other person to whom such personal information relates has refused consent for the sharing of such personal information
Unless. (a) an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing; and
(b) the Lender has given written notice to the Borrower of its intention to exercise its rights under this Clause, Marisana may make withdrawals from each of its Russian Control Accounts to be applied in or towards any purpose consistent with the Finance Documents.
Unless. (i) otherwise agreed; or (ii) where the subject-matter of the dispute relates to a Referred Matter, and subject to compliance with Clause 22.5.1, any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC Rules”) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this Clause. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator to be appointed in accordance with the SIAC Rules. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore and the Singapore International Arbitration Act (Cap 143A) shall govern the arbitration.
