Unpaid Compassionate Leave – Casual Teachers. (a) Subject to the evidentiary and notice requirements in the Act, casual teachers are entitled to not be available to attend work, or to leave work, in the circumstances set out in sub-clause 24.7(a)(ii)(A)) and (B).
