UNRESOLVED COMPLAINTS. A student or any member of the public may file a complaint about this institution with the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education by calling (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ toll-free or by completing a complaint form, which can be obtained on the bureau's internet web site ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇.
UNRESOLVED COMPLAINTS. Should a Subscriber have an unresolved complaint after the seven (7) day period described in Section 12.7 above regarding cable television operations, the Subscriber shall be entitled to file his complaint with the City, which shall have primary responsibility for the continuing administration of the License and the implementation of complaint procedures. A representative of Licensee shall be available thereafter to meet jointly with the City and the affected Subscriber, within thirty (30) days after said Subscriber has filed the complaint, to fully discuss and resolve the matter.

UNRESOLVED COMPLAINTS. If we have not been able to resolve your complaint via the complaint process set out in Section 10.2 above, you may escalate your complaint via the dispute processes set out in Section 10.4(A) to 10.4(C) below as applicable to you.
UNRESOLVED COMPLAINTS. If the procedures for handling a reported hazardous condition are not initiated, or if initiated, fail to effect a satisfactory solution to the problem within a reasonable time, the employee or the employee’s representative may call the City Occupational Safety Office and report such hazard. Unresolved complaints hereunder may be referred to the State Safety Engineer for processing under the CAL/OSHA rules and regulations.
