Common use of Unscheduled Time Clause in Contracts

Unscheduled Time. Coaches given annual appointments will have not less than five weeks of unscheduled time without loss of pay, in the course of the Fiscal Year. Up to six additional weeks of unscheduled time may be assigned by the university. Unscheduled time will not carry over from year to year. The university may require the coach to take unscheduled time during academic breaks scheduled during the academic year. Any remaining unscheduled time will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the coach and the immediate supervisor.
