U.S. Mail. The Settlement Administrator shall send the Settlement Postcard Notice via U.S. Mail to the Class Memberslast known address (such addresses to be confirmed and, as necessary, updated using National Change of Address data). If the mailing of a Settlement Postcard Notice is returned as undeliverable, the Settlement Administrator will make reasonable efforts to identify a new address for that Class Member, including, but not limited to, skip-tracing, and promptly re-send the Settlement Postcard Notice to the identified new address, if any. If the Settlement Postcard Notice is returned as undeliverable a second time, the Settlement Administrator shall not have any obligation to re-send the Settlement Postcard Notice (unless the USPS provides a new address when returning the postcard as undeliverable for the second time) or attempt to identify a new address for that Class Member.
U.S. Mail. For any Settlement Class member for whom an email address is not available or for any Settlement Class member whose email is returned undeliverable, the Claims Administrator will provide individual notice by sending a postcard in substantially the form as Exhibit B through U.S. Mail to each Settlement Class Member. The postcard describes the basic terms of the Settlement, informs Settlement Class Members of key deadlines, including the deadline to submit claims, exclusion requests and/or objections, and refers Settlement Class Members to the Settlement Website. Before sending the postcards, the Claims Administrator will update Settlement Class addresses using the National Change of Address Database. If a postcard is returned with a forwarding address, the Claims Administrator will re-send the postcard immediately. If a postcard is returned as undeliverable, the Claims Administrator will perform one “skip trace” to locate an updated address.
U.S. Mail. 1. You acknowledge that Wall Street Innovation Center will comply with other Postal Service regulations regarding Client mail. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must notify all parties with whom you do business of your change of address. You agree not to file a change of address form with the postal service. Filing of a change of address form may forward all mail addressed to the Center to your new address. IF YOU NOTIFY THE POSTAL SERVICE OF YOUR CHANGE OF ADDRESS, YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR CONDUCT. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT LIABILITY.
U.S. Mail. U.S. Mail which is received by the University bearing an employee’s name and an accurate address will be distributed to the employee in the normal manner. Employee organizations and their representatives are strictly prohibited from the use of the University’s mail system. In locations where employee mail boxes exist, employee organizations and their representatives may reasonably use such boxes, provided the boxes are not located in a confidential and/or restricted area. If employee mail boxes are located in a confidential and/or restricted area, arrangements can be made with the Labor and Employee Relations office for the Campus or Medical Center to distribute the information in the same manner that other such information is distributed.
U.S. Mail. All mail addressed to an individual teacher shall be forwarded immediately to that teacher unopened. The school address should not be used for personal mail.

  • Postal Service The Parties may designate substitute addresses where or persons to whom notices are to be mailed or delivered. However, these substitutions will not become effective until actual receipt of written notification.

  • Mail Packages that contain items that are prohibited per the housing contract should not be shipped to a residence hall, apartment or suite. If a prohibited item is received by University Mail Services it will be returned to sender.

  • Electronic Mail Electronic mail capabilities as available to unit members in the course of their work may be used for the purpose of reasonable communication on union matters consistent with applicable law and the State of Maine E-Mail Usage and Management Policy. Any use of the State’s e-mail system under this Article must be of an incidental nature (e.g., meeting announcements) and must not interfere with State government functions and purposes.

  • Freight All quotes to Members shall provide a line item for cost for freight or shipping regardless if there is a charge or not. If no charge for freight or shipping, indicate by stating “No Charge”, “$0”, “included in price” or other similar indication. Otherwise, all shipping, freight or delivery changes shall be passed through to the TIPS Member at cost with no markup and said charges shall be agreed by the TIPS Member unless alternative shipping terms are agreed by TIPS as a result of the proposal award. Warranty Conditions All new supplies equipment and services shall include manufacturer's minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Vendor shall be legally permitted to sell all products offered for sale to TIPS Members if the offering is included in the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) category. All goods proposed and sold shall be new unless clearly stated in writing. Customer Support The Vendor shall provide timely and accurate customer support for orders to TIPS Members as agreed by the Parties. Vendors shall respond to such requests within a commercially reasonable time after receipt of the request. If support and/or training is a line item sold or packaged with a sale, support shall be as agreed with the TIPS Member.
