Use of Accumulated Sick Leave. Employees who have an 27 accumulated Xxxx Leave balance will receive paid time-off using their accumulated Sick 28 Leave beginning on the first (1st) day. If an employee has called in Sick, the employee 29 will not be allowed to work any portion of their normal shift or “Run”. 31 All Sick Leave hours paid will be at the employee’s current straight-time rate of pay.
