Use of Company Vehicle. Employee will be provided the full-time use of a suitable vehicle for travel between the Lakewood office and home as well as for business travel to field sites as required, or the equivalent.
Use of Company Vehicle. The Bank agrees to provide Executive with the use of an automobile commensurate with his position during the period of his employment.
Use of Company Vehicle. Where the employer provides the employee with a vehicle for the purpose of travelling to and from the work site, or to carry out their work functions, the employee will ensure that the vehicle is maintained regularly and kept in a secure location. The employee will be allowed reasonable private use of the employer’s vehicle for travel within the employee and employer’s local area. The employee must have a current driver’s license (which is not a learner’s permit or a provisional license). The employee is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to a driver while in control of a motor vehicle for official purposes. Any traffic offence committed by an employee while in control of the employer’s vehicle, including parking fines, will remain the sole responsibility of the employee. All accidents should be reported immediately to the police and to the employer. The employee will be personally liable for any infringements they incur in these circumstances.
Use of Company Vehicle. If the employee is on a “beyond 60 miles work assignment” that would require him/her to stay at the same work location over an entire weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the employee may take the Company vehicle home under the following provisions:

Use of Company Vehicle. During Xxxxx’ employment, CryoCor shall lease and insure for the benefit of and provide to Xxxxx a leased vehicle (not to exceed $700/month) for his sole and exclusive use in connection with the performance of his duties under this Agreement.
Use of Company Vehicle a) The Employee commits to taking care of The Company vehicle as if it were his own.
b) The Employee will adhere to the speed limit, and any other legal obligations, at all times.
c) The Employee will not use The Company vehicle for his own personal use.
d) All fines, except for non-roadworthiness of the vehicle, will be for The Employee’s account.
e) The vehicle is comprehensively insured through Smartcore insurance brokers, with policy number XXXX00000 under Nick (G.L.W.) van de Wiel/Tailor Made Safaris. Passenger liability is taken out under policy number TOURS/276998. Smartcore can be reached on 000-0000000. Phone the Managing Director of The Company (072-7055124) FIRST, before phoning Smartcore. All excess will be for The Employee’s account, unless a third party caused the accident, in which case The Company will pay for the excess. In case of the insurance company not honoring a claim due to employee’s negligence (drunk driving, speeding etc.), The Employee will be liable for all damages/the full claim.
f) Cost of towing/vehicle breakdowns will be covered by The Company, unless the vehicle broke down due to employee’s error or negligence.
Use of Company Vehicle. Where the Employer provides the Employee with a vehicle for the purpose of travelling to and from the work site, or to carry out their work functions, the Employee will ensure that the vehicle is maintained regularly and garaged in a secure location. The Employee will be allowed minimal private use of the Employer’s vehicle for travel within the Employee and Employer’s local area. Toll fares will be paid by the Employee if the vehicle is used for private purposes. The Employee must have a current driver’s licence (which is not a learner’s permit). The Employee is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to a driver while in control of a motor vehicle for official purposes. Any traffic offence committed by an Employee while in control of the Employer’s vehicle, including parking fines, will remain the sole responsibility of the Employee. All accidents should be reported immediately to the police and to the Employer. The Employee will be personally liable for any infringements they incur in these circumstances. The Employee may become liable for repairs to damage vehicles (including other parties), if it becomes apparent that the employee was driving recklessly or if there is an unsatisfactory record of careless driving.
