Vehicle Use Policy. Non-patrol vehicles shall be subject to availability based on historic call-outs. Patrol vehicles shall be subject to availability based on seniority. Vehicles funded by outside sources shall be exempt from the allocation process. The Sheriff shall determine the number of cars available for take-home use and/or pool use. The parties agree to reopen this agreement should the Sheriff propose any change in the present vehicle usage policy.

Vehicle Use Policy. The Vehicle Use Policy and Vehicle Use Agreement Form represents our organizational vehicle use policies and procedures. PWH restricts vehicle use to PHW registered volunteers and to our employees. Participants or any unregistered volunteers may not operate any PHW vehicle at any time. Prior to using any PWH vehicle, volunteers must complete the attached form and submit it to Project Healing Waters for approval along with a copy of the front and back of the volunteer’s driver’s license. PHW will retain these documents on file for insurance purposes. The CEO retains the authority to regularly review and update it within the powers inherent and delegated to the position as the organization’s Chief Executive Officer. Violations of the Vehicle Use Policy and Vehicle Use Agreement may result in dismissal from the organization as well as personal liability for any damages to the vehicle or for any injuries to its passengers.   • Acceptable Use Policy The Services must be used in accordance with RingCentral’s Acceptable Use Policy, available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/acceptable-use-policy.html. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, RingCentral may act immediately and without notice to suspend or limit the Services if RingCentral reasonably suspects fraudulent or illegal activity in the Customer’s Account, material breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or use of the Services that could interfere with the functioning of the RingCentral Network provided such suspension or limitation may only be to the extent reasonably necessary to protect against the applicable condition, activity, or use. RingCentral will promptly remove the suspension or limitation as soon as the condition, activity or use is resolved and mitigated in full. If Customer anticipates legitimate but unusual activity on its Account, Customer should contact Customer Care in advance to avoid any Service disruption.
