Use of Data Services. If Ooredoo provides the Customer with an Internet access service, Ooredoo takes no responsibility for the Customer’s use of that service. • The Customer may use software supplied by Ooredoo or by a third party, provided that it is compatible with the Service and complies with the Acceptable Use Policy where relevant. • The Customer is responsible for all use of Ooredoo Software, including any use by the Customer’s contractors, agents or employees. • Ooredoo is responsible for any manufacturing defects in any software provided to the Customer as a part of the Services, whether developed by Ooredoo or by third parties. Ooredoo is not responsible for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever arising out of the use of or failure to use any software supplied by a third party, including loss or damage due to defects in the software.

Use of Data Services. A. Oasis Broadband’s Data Services are to be used solely by Subscriber and the entities, if any, listed on the Service Order(s) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Subscriber represents, warrants and covenants that it will not transmit, re-transmit, store or otherwise use the Data Services in violation of any federal, state, local or to, any Laws relating to copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or proprietary rights, or any Laws relating to U.S. export, and that it will not post, transmit or re-transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous or abusive material of any kind.

  • Use of Data (a) In connection with the provision of the services and the discharge of its other obligations under this Agreement, State Street (which term for purposes of this Section XXIX includes each of its parent company, branches and affiliates (''Affiliates")) may collect and store information regarding a Trust and share such information with its Affiliates, agents and service providers in order and to the extent reasonably necessary (i) to carry out the provision of services contemplated under this Agreement and other agreements between the Trusts and State Street or any of its Affiliates and (ii) to carry out management of its businesses, including, but not limited to, financial and operational management and reporting, risk management, legal and regulatory compliance and client service management.

  • Use of Data by User Registry Operator will permit user to use the zone file for lawful purposes; provided that (a) user takes all reasonable steps to protect against unauthorized access to and use and disclosure of the data and (b) under no circumstances will Registry Operator be required or permitted to allow user to use the data to, (i) allow, enable, or otherwise support the transmission by email, telephone, or facsimile of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising or solicitations to entities other than user’s own existing customers, or (ii) enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that send queries or data to the systems of Registry Operator or any ICANN-­‐accredited registrar.

  • Use of Services and Content 3.1 Sage Services are only available to bona fide end-users with a requirement for services of the nature of those that we provide. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement without further liability to you where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that your use of the Sage Services is for competitive purposes (including competitive monitoring, assessment or otherwise).
