Use of District Facilities. 3.4.1 The Association, upon request to the School Director, may use District facilities for meetings and other Association business without cost where no additional cost is incurred by the District. If additional cost is incurred by the District, such cost will be borne by the Association. 3.4.2 The Association shall have bulletin board space provided in each building in an area normally frequented by teachers for the exclusive use of the Association for posting its materials. 3.4.3 The District mail service and teacher mailboxes shall be available for use by the Association to distribute newsletters, bulletins, notices, and other Association materials. All Association distributions shall be provided to all administrators.
