Common use of Use of Personal Vehicle Clause in Contracts

Use of Personal Vehicle. An employee who is requested or receives approval from an authorized representative of his/her Employer to use his/her personal vehicle for the convenience of his/her Employer shall be reimbursed at $0.40 per road-driven kilometer travelled for such use of his/her vehicle.

Use of Personal Vehicle. 24.1 An employee who is requested or receives approval from an authorized representative of his/her the Employer to use his/her his personal vehicle for the convenience of his/her the Employer shall be reimbursed at forty one cents ($0.40 0.41) effective May 1, 2005, forty two ($0.42) effective May 1, 2006, per road-driven kilometer travelled for such use of his/her his vehicle.

An employee who is requested or receives approval from an authorized representative of his/her Employer to use his/her personal vehicle for the convenience of his/her Employer shall be reimbursed at thirty-eight cents ($0.40 0.38) (thirty-nine cents ($0.39) effective October 1, 2005) (forty cents ($0.40) effective October 1, 2006) per road-driven kilometer kilometre travelled for such use of his/her vehicle.

Use of Personal Vehicle. A. An employee who is requested or receives approval from an authorized representative of his/her his Employer to use his/her his personal vehicle for the convenience of his/her his Employer shall be reimbursed at $0.40 45¢ effective May 1, 2020 per road-driven kilometer kilometre travelled for such use of his/her his vehicle.
